Shipping & Delivery
If a product is in stock we will do our best to see it dispatched within 4 working days. We make every effort to keep the stock information on our website up to date. However, if we are out of stock of your item we will email you with an estimated delivery date then you have the option to confirm or cancel your order.
Our offices are usually closed between Christmas Eve and the first working day of January. We can usually dispatch orders up to the 23rd December. For specific delivery enquiries around this time or for any time sensitive order please do not hesitate to contact us and we can advise. We use the carrier service UKMail for all UK deliveries. UKMail will attempt delivery twice. If there is not somebody available to take receipt of the delivery UKMail will leave a card on the premises. There will be details on the card which can be used to re-arrange delivery with UKMail. A second failed delivery will result in our office being contacted to assist with making the delivery as a third delivery and all subsequent delivery attempts are charged to Laceys Footwear. It is our policy to make every effort possible to contact customers to re-arrange delivery however if this is not possible then we will recall the parcel to our showroom and await further instructions. Please note subsequent deliveries may be subject to extra charges. UKMail are happy to leave deliveries with a nominated neighbour if this helps, alternatively please specify a work address where delivery can be made between 9am and 6pm.
